This piece explores the tension between fragility and permanence.
It combines the delicacy of leaf lace, sandwiched between two glasses using the Tiffany technique, with the warmth of copper wire that structures the whole. The canvas, virgin sheep's wool and silk threads add an organic, almost living dimension, where textures and transparencies interact. The work unfolds like a sensitive cartography, inviting the eye to lose itself in its intertwining.
